Our farmed venison comes from The Denham Estate which occupies 1200 acres of picturesque Suffolk countryside with a herd numbering up to 3000 Fallow deer. Our seasonal Venison comes from the Ashridge esate - close to our Farm Shop here on the Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire Borders. Our other game products are souced from quality suppliers or farmers who also comply with the high standard of animal husbandry and product quality.
